OptiCare Managed Vision has been providing comprehensive and affordable eye care services for over 25 years.  Our number one objective is keeping the "care" in your eye care program.

NOTE: OptiCare’s telephone system is scheduled for maintenance this weekend. The telephones, including OptiCare’s Interactive Voice Response system (IVR), will be unavailable all day Saturday, May 19th and Sunday, May 20th.

OptiCare’s website will continue to be available to all Members and Providers. During the outage, callers will hear a message regarding the scheduled maintenance and will be directed to visit the website. Thank you for your understanding.
