We invite you to contact us to learn more about becoming an OptiCare Provider.
As a participating provider in the OptiCare network, you will be partnered with a payer who can deliver patient volume from a variety of healthcare payers, accompanied by the technology required to administer your contracted discounts swiftly and accurately.
OptiCare Managed Care Services
Through exclusive agreements with national and regional managed care organizations, OptiCare providers deliver all forms of eye care to Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid program members.
OptiCare Vision Plans
OptiCare Vision Plan participating providers are eligible to see enrollees of our insured vision plan, marketed and sold directly to qualified groups.
OptiCare Discount Services
OptiCare Discount Plans are available to large groups. Participating providers collect payment at the time of service.
OptiCare is a participating payer within the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare Uniform Credentialing DataSource (CAQH UCD). CAQH UCD is a national provider credentialing database system, which eliminates the duplication of effort among health plans, hospitals and providers. The system is free for providers.
Full Scope of Practice
All providers with full scope of practice credentialing status are eligible to provide both routine and medical eye care services for OptiCare administered Plans.
Decreased Administrative Burdens
OptiCare continuously evaluates its internal processes to maintain efficiencies that allow providers to concentrate on patient care rather than insurance administration. Participating providers have access to convenient online services to verify eligibility, submit claims, check the status of claims and reprint EOBs.
